That is a tough one but also one that is personal to you. Think about where you might need improvement and use that, but in the same sentence let them know what you are doing to improve that weakness. A poor example but the only one I could think of right now would be I get nervous giving presentations, so in my present job I volunteered to give a monthly presentation is order to overcome my fear, well my typing is a little slow, so I have been working on it, I'm not to good at Excel, so I have been taking classes etc. Give them a perceived weak point but let them know that you have been working to get better at it.

Just be sure to know your weakness. When I interview and am asked, interviewers have actually remarked on how nice it is to have someone honestly answer the question. What is my vice? a lack of patience! Good Luck.

Turn a WEAKNESS into a STRENGTH.
Tell them that when given a task or assignment with a deadline that you will work to get the job done to achieve the goal or task.

Be honest, but try to use an example that can be seen as a positive or a strength in your job. Don't be afraid to ask questions as well. You are, in many ways, interviewing each other.
