I wouldn't touch that email with a stick! It's a scam so run, away run away! Don't reply to it either, you hear?

Apparently the Nigerian scam is becoming quite famous so the same generic tactic is being used with a few minor changes in order to dupe unsuspecting people.

Have you considered a yahoo dot com addresses are free? Why would multi-billion dollar companies use free email addresses...?

Look up Chevron and Mobile on the internet. On their home page, you'll find a link on how to contact these companies which I guarantee do NOT have a yahoo email address! This should be a warning, so heed it well.

Another point to ponder, people (or companies) that you don't know personally who approach you in an email are hoping to make money from you, not the other way around. What they all amount to are thieves and telemarketers that show up in your "in box".

Responding to junk mail also lets these folks know they found a gold mine (your valid email address). Any reply to their messages promises your email account will be flooded with even more junk mail and virus laden porn. The best advice I can offer is not to open the message and send it straight to your trash mail folder.
