I am sure there are dietians who would tell you for sure how long to keep hamburger that has been thawed...but, I always go by smell.. if it has the slightest bit of odor other than a fresh meat smell, then toss it by all means..as nothing is more dangerous than food poisoning!

If there are still ice crystals, it can go back in the freezer.
One day after thawing.
Then it should be cooked and refrozen if necessary.
Ground meat has the shortest life span because in grinding it it is handled more and it gets more surface area for spoilage to occur on.

It varies. The only real way to tell is to open it up and smell it. If it smells fresh, it's fine. If it has a sour smell, toss it.

Odds are its still OK...but just to be sure..SMELL IT. You can almost always tell by the smell...(when in doubt throw it out)

it's still good, depending on how long you had it frozen, it should last about a week or a week and a half.
