The original plans are in Gods library.
For the blueprints one must travel to the innermost recesses of the heart for it is there that they shall be found.

How many millions of tax dollars have gone to support ALL the many many archaeological/ fossil dig sites around the world?!?! Then the same tax dollars support the museums that house all the old bones and displays of cave men and such. How many millions of tax dollars are poured into The Smithsonian Institute?? How many tens of millions where give in those government Bail outs??They bailed out McDonalds!! whatever for??? How many millions of dollars are supporting abortions? Supporting 5 million illegals? Evolution is a tax supported religion that uses forced indoctrination as the only truth possible with no other opinion allowed; and then to use the separation of church and state to prevent any other opinion!! Christians built the creation museum and now christians will build noah's ark. We pay taxes also. Non christians have Disney land, Dolly land, Las Vegas and Reno, never-neverland, Hollywood, etc. etc. All kinds of thing that have/use tax supports of one kind or another. Why should taxpayer funds be use to promote a different view? It is our money too?? To begrudge us Christians the right to build our own version with the tax dollars we put into the system is really being an arrogant bully. The scientology is a bad sci-fi book, we have star wars and and other such displays at Disney world. Allah's winged horse?? There are many winged horse on carousels and merry-go-rounds in numerous amusement parks around the country.

The Bible describes the Ark as made of acacia or shittah-tree wood. It was a cubit and a half broad and high, and two and a half cubits long (about 114 x 68 x 68 cm or 3.75 x 2.25 x 2.25 feet). The Ark was covered all over with the purest gold. Its upper surface or lid, the mercy seat, was surrounded with a rim of gold.
On each of the two sides were two gold rings, wherein were placed two wooden poles (with a decorative sheathing of gold), to allow the Ark to be carried (Num. 7:9; 10:21; 4:5,19, 20; 1 Kings 8:3, 6). Over the Ark, at the two extremities, were two cherubim, with their faces turned toward one another (Leviticus 16:2; Num. 7:89). Their outspread wings over the top of the Ark formed the throne of God, while the Ark itself was his footstool (Ex. 25:10-22; 37:1-9). The Ark was placed in the "Holy of Holies," so that one end of the carrying poles touched the veil separating the two compartments of the tabernacle (1 Kings 8:8).

Environmental activists are building a replica of Noah's Ark on Mount Ararat—where the biblical vessel is said to have landed after the great flood—in an appeal for action on global warming, Greenpeace said Wednesday.
Turkish and German volunteer carpenters are making the wooden ship on the mountain in eastern Turkey, bordering Iran. The ark will be revealed in a ceremony on May 31, a day after Greenpeace activists climb the mountain and call on world leaders to take action to tackle climate change, Greenpeace said.
My suggestion is to call Greenpeace and ask for copies of their plans.

You can probably find pictures on Google Images. I know there are many books that contain pictures of what scholars think the ark looked like. The measurements are given in Exodus, of course, but I'm sure you've already looked there. I know, it says to put 2 cherubs on the cover -- and then tells how to position their wings and faces. Moses was shown all these things on the mountain, so he knew what God expected, and the ancient Hebrew people would've known what cherubs looked like. If they hadn't, God would have been much more specific in describing them. Call them 'cherubim' if you prefer; I'm sure you've found out that the "-im" was simply the Hebrew form of making a plural, much like we use the "-s" in English. Just in case your Bible doesn't list such things, a cubit was the length from the elbow to the fingertips of the construction foreman, or roughly 15" to 16" long.

I heard about a couple of guys at a university, I think it was england, built a replica of the thing, down to the materials used. Dangerous thing, builds up a pretty good static charge if it's in a dry environment, one that can kill by touching it.

Actually, a man named Randy Smith DID build an exact replica of the entire Tabernacle of Moses, in Israel. I dug the footer to it, & helped consecrate the gold-covered items.
Everything was built to EXACT specifications.

doing that now for camp, and have done one before for Sunday school, but smaller and tried to go with scale to some extent
using a box with as lid rectangle in shape
gold spray paint
2 dowel rods
poster board (for angels, and the rings to put the rods in)
floral wire (or any that will hold it it together)
make, draw angel in the standing position (outlines are fine) and secure to box lid (wire or hot glue or staples)
secure rings to side with wire at top corners of box just below where the lid will fit, and make sure it will hold the weight of the box with the stuff in it
paint all of it even the 2 rods
rods should be removable
you may want to get a clay pot with oatmeal (mana)
a 3 rod with white small flowers on it and hot glue almonds too
and foam (gray with carvings or the 10 commandments)

Don't know about getting zapped from the heavens, however from what little I have heard about it its design is similar to a capacitor, which I believe is an electronic gizmo that holds an electrical charge. Also if gold blocks radiation similar to lead, it would be a good place to keep something radioactive

The Bible mentions the size. I have seen pictures of replicas. You might find something in a web search on Dogpile.
