I can loose weight and gain weight very easily. If I eat alot in one day (lets say I go to the movies and don't excercise much) then I can gain weight.. I have literally gained 3 pounds in 2 days.. and I wasn't even not excercising that was just from me eatting a little too much. However If I eat healthy I can loose weight to the point where clothes don't really fit that well.
Why? Is anyone else like this?
Also when I wake up in the mourning I am so skinny and then when the day progresses my stomach gets bigger and bigger why? I heard its because I am bloated, is there anyway I can stop being so bloated?
