meditate.
That doesn't necessarily mean that you have to take lessons or switch religions.
Find a place to be alone. If the bathroom is all you have, then the bathroom it shall be.
Sit quietly, using proper posture, close your eyes, and breathe. Make sure your forehead, cheeks, lips, jaw, tongue, neck, throat and shoulders are all relaxed. Do it for at least 15 minutes, every other day. Don't stop early for anything other than emergencies.
If you have a religion, chant or pray and read your holy book, whatever it is.

You can try meditation and then try to incorporate the breathing techniques and positive affirmations when you are going through it. Try Reiki - it has a very calming effect. You could get the book Essential Reiki and learn some of the self-Reiki techniques. It might help. Alos, there are some herbal remedies. For instance, Omega 3 fatty acids are said to have a calming effect (and they help schizophrenices too) Take 1000 mgs a day. But check with your dr. about drug interaction, etc.

anxiety attacks are caused by the brain releasing large amounts of adrenaline. Adrenaline is a self limiting hormone, it burns out of the system quickly. The key to coping is to simply breathe thru it, no anxiety attack will last more than 15 minutes if you simply relax and ride with it while doing relaxing deep breaths.

You suck. Let the strong survive. You are weak and as such you should be eliminated.
