For Memorial Day, I always grill out some great steaks and chicken, but I'm looking for new recipes and ideas. What should I do?

The only thing that goes on my grill is meat, and the only meat I use is Capital Meats. The best stuff ever. Not sure if they deliver to your area, but they can ship overnight, I think. Check out their website, www.capitalmeats.com. The NY Strips are the best. My delivery guy gave me a discount code, too, I'm probably going to get in trouble for giving it out, but oh well. 4028-kbn

No grilling here. But we celebrated yesterday. Corned beef brisket cooked alllll day. Today we're making a corned beef potato hash out of the leftovers. And a pasta alfredo with leftover veal. Possibly more food with more leftovers!

One thing that someone grilled at a cook out that I attended that was surprisingly good was whole onions. Recipe: http://southernfood.about.com/od/grillfruitveggie/r/bl30426i.htm Remember our troops "past and present" on this day..
