I feel tired a lot too, and like you, I have taken tons of tests and nothing is wrong. There are several reasons that you could be feeling so tired:
1. Diet and exercise: You said you have put on weight, but what is your diet like? Foods that contain lots of sugars or are very heavy in carbs can make you sleepy. You need a proper diet to get all the nutrients and vitamins you need to keep you going. Also, eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day as opposed to 3 big ones. Doing so maintains your blood sugar levels so that you don't feel peppy one second and then really tired the next. Your metabolism is constantly burning food rather than having your body take up all it's energy burning 3 large meals that simply sit in your stomach.
Also, you should be eaing breakfeast to feel more alert and get your body burning from the start of the day.
Of course, we all know that exercising will make you feel much more energetic. I know it sounds funny that bieng active should make you more active, but it does. I know yo are tired, but force yourself to do a workout, even ifit is just going for a good walk, and you will start to feel more energetic.
2. Coffee: you said you drink coffee, but drinking too much coffee means that your body because dependent on caffene to keep you awake. If you start drinking less or avoid coffee altogether, you will feel tired, but your body will eventually get over it.
3. Mental exhaustion: Are you stressed? Having children can be very difficult, and you may be mentally tired. Although stress and emotional exhuastion are abstract things, they really do make a difference on your body and energy level.

i probably will suggest an odd approach but it helps a lot of people. Many people have sleeping disorders you may sleep a full 8 hours but still not get any energy from it at all. There are seven levels of sleep, the first few levels give no energy at all. The 6th level is dreams and the 7th level is when u sleep so deep you cant even dream. sleep apnea(i believe is the correct term) keeps you on the first few levels. There are places you can go that will have you stave over night and they'll take readings while you sleep and determine if this is whats affecting you.

Check with your doctor to see if your blood tests included a fasting blood insulin test. If not, ask for one. If your insulin is high (10 or more per the experts I have consulted) you could have a metabolic syndrome that saps the sugar out of your bloodstream, leaving you with that tired feeling.
There is some info on this condition, hypoglycemia, at www.hufa.org. Weight gain is one of the symptoms of it, too.
You don't say how old you are, but hypoglycemia hit me hard at age 42, however I may have had symptoms all my life.

I get low on energy quite often and all the coffee in the world wont help me. I usually find that it is because i am not getting enough exercise or enough sleep.
My advice is to stay active, eat healthily and try and gey at least 8 hours sleep a night.
Do this for a couple of weeks and you should feel great! Hope this helps

the subject with this simplistic analogy is that it relatively is impossible to stress skill to offer remember. It occurs at very small scales, yet via fact of entropy, loose skill or skill interior the type of sunshine or warmth is plenty plenty extra in all probability than skill being compelled to be based mass. The opposite technique, despite the fact that, is finished. Nuclear explosions are a effect of the opposite technique, that's, mass changing into skill. that's going to likely be observed that no longer each and all the uranium/plutonium mass is annihilated in a reaction, so which you do no longer see explosions which might cripple the worldwide ( that little 9x10^sixteen joules you have up there). basically a small quantity of the fabric actual annihilates. to understand in basic terms how severe it relatively is, in basic terms open a e book and look on the propose existence of a particle inclusive of a pion, which provides up the super majority of its mass whilst it decays into an electron/positron and photon.

fatigue was one of the primary symptoms for me of obstructive sleep apnea....you may wish to get a sleep study done. You can also consider adding sub-lingual B-12 to your regimen. B-12 that is swallowed in pill form is destroyed by stomach acid, but the B-12 that melts in your mouth is absorbed directly into the blood stream and is a good source of energy.

I totally think it is what you are eating --- when I eat a candy bar or whatever- I feel sluggish- just start watching what kinds of food you eat....... (the good part is- by doing that- you might also loose weight along the way) : )
