I was just called by Just For Laughs, an entertainment company whose job I gladly would have accepted, if it hadn't been for another offer I already accepted. If I'm looking for another job in the future, do you think it would be alright to apply to the same company I just turned down, again?

The jobs I was offered were both seasonal summer jobs, so nothing long term. They called me on the phone, so I didn't come in for an interview or anything, I simply thanked them for the opportunity and told them I had already been offered a job elsewhere. I hope that would be considered polite. Should I send an email to the same address that I applied?

Yes, should be alright but you need to wait for time - which depends on the company policies on how long a candidate has to wait before applying again.

More importantly, you should understand that recruiting is pure business stuff and they won't mind if you apply to them again. They need good candidates and they'd make you an offer again if you are good enough. It doesn't matter if you turned down the offer once.

That depends - did you send them a nice note thanking them for the opportunity but that you'd already accepted another offer? If you were polite and professional it should be okay.

Companies know how this game is played, they take risks when they don't make offers quickly.

As long as you stated that you had been offered and accepted a previous offer, I don't see a problem. I do know companies won't accept people who don't show up for interviews.
