That is what they say but we know differently. We will some day judge angels, so the things of earth are small in comparison.

No that is not right. I am agnostic, which is often confused with atheist, but is similar in some ways as both do not follow a certain god or usually attend church, etc. And most people I know who are either agnostic or atheist(many times they are just stupid and do not actually know the difference between the two themselves) are often proclaimed open minded, but have a closed mind towards religion. I do apologize for them. I feel that more of them should be like me and openly discuss religion, and welcome opinions of other people no matter what they believe. Personally, it makes me feel more smart and better because I do listen to anyone about their beliefs and do not automatically dismiss them. People can disagree with me, and thats fine. My only problem with most christians is that they personally attack agnostics and atheists often because both do not believe in a god or follow religious teachings. 80% of devote christians that I have met have personally attacked me for my beliefs, saying that I am going to hell and that I do not know anything and that I obviously do not have morals. Many people like me get used to those attacks and feel they have to defend themselves often. I see that alot on here too, so the best thing to do is to not get personal, listen to their opinions and understand that people on both sides get judged often by extremists on both sides.

That's absolutely right. Not only here on yahoo answers but in society as well. I guess it's the whole "turn the other cheek" thing which makes Christians an easy target. Turn the other cheek is also ammunition for atheists/non believers to fire back at Christians to make them feel guilty for whatever. In other words, we as Christians are easy targets.

Why do you care about that? Your truth is your truth and to judge another because of their truth is pointless. Who among us can know "the absolute truth"? We cannot even form a question that all encompassing because we are trapped in our bodies and are bound by the physical forces of being incarnated. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience, not physical beings having a spiritual experience; see the difference?
If all religions of the world would just extend their collective "hands" to everyone else on the planet as Christ wanted us to, to feed compassion and understanding and the love of all of our neighbors, then war would be unnecessary; Heroes wage peace; Cowards wage war.

Get out the Kleenex, we're really on the pity pot now! Someone else was asking almost the same question earlier. You have nothing to say - Christian *invented* the double standard.
Christians have a hard time understanding that they don't run the world any more. Perhaps it's hard for them to realize that, I don't know. I do know that I have a right to challenge Christianity wherever I may find it. I've been called a devil-worshiper by them enough times in my life to feel just a little entitled to challenge.

NO. Some Christians are intolerant of anything and everyone that does not fit into their box. Some of you do not use your bible as justification to spread bigotry. Some of you do.

well in actuallity the atheists have much more eveidence towards their claims while the chirstians only have one main source which would be their holy boo, so don't you think it that they have the right to get a little frustrated?
