I may be way off here, but I'll share the first thing that popped into my mind. These are not just random thoughts, though. I have studied dream interpretation.

Dreaming about ghost who interact with you can be down right scary. However, I don't think it was something that you should of have done, or must do / help out. But rather an some insecurity that you might have at home (all the pressure and stress) with taking care of your son and or the family.
