Assuming you're actually serious, then no. If you slow braise them just like you would stewing chicken and then cool and shred the meat it would make a good pie.
BTW - yes, I raise pigeons, and yes, I've eaten ones specifically reared for meat. I prefer not eating racers since they are athletes and usually have a great personality as well. Now, squabbers (squabbing pigeons) on the other hand, are bred as just meat producers and they are delicious, especially when still young and tender.
If you'd like a great classic recipe for a pigeon pie, here's one I found. The pie is of N. African origin.

Too tough, not a lot of meat. White Kings and Medina breeds are raised for meat. But pigeon is good as dove hunters can tell you. Doves are just a type of pigeon.

There is no need to eat pigeon, for goodness sake aren't enough animals killed for human pleasure without killing a darn pigeon?

With all those kidding answers aside. I remember my Grandfather used to tell me when he was a kid, in Poland like 90 years ago, people use to eat pigeon. I was a delicatessen, maybe it still is.
And guess what as I started answering your question I did a google and look what I found to you surprise.

I think you should make a normal pie flavour like beef, mince, turkey and mushrooms etc.A racing pigeon wouldn't make a tasty pie but steak and kidney pie sounds tasty.I respect your taste :).
