Should I feel unwanted by him?

I was shocked when I looked at my crush's Personals section ( on a dating site he invited me to be friends on)--he says he likes assertive, flirty girls with body art.

...I'm sort of shy and hard to open up to, and I don't even have my ears pierced. But he still seems to enjoy talking to me, and thinks I'm a very cool person. But I still feel so inadequate: could he like someone even if they're not totally his type?

...there is definitely a wilder, more assertive side to me, it just doesn't always come out. ;)

Just be yourself. If it is the right preson you will do no wrong. If it is the wrong person, absoluty nothing you try to do will work.
