Most puppies do do things like that but the only thing you can really do is take then to an obedience school or scold them when they do stuff like that and praise them when they do what they are supposed to do

I don't know how old your puppy is. Leash work is the easiest. Use a harness and slightly lift and pull her beside you. She will learn to walk with you. Don't give her a lot of lead. She should be beside you not running here and there. It only takes a half a block to teach a dog to walk on a leash if you just do it. Just walk.

Yes - BE PATIENT. 9 weeks is still a baby. She shouldn't even be away from her litter-mates yet; and she's definitely too young for leash walking or house training.
PLEASE consult with someone who can give you guidance on the proper care and training of a puppy, or you're going to end up with a miserable dog. And then go slap your parents for not advising this *before* you got a puppy.

On the walks, put the collar HIGH on the neck by it's head. Don't look down at the puppy, hold it firm by your side and do NOT give it enough slack to do much. Walk looking ahead with the dog at your side briskly. I usually like to make the dog sit by my side when I stop. To make it do this, pull up on the leash GENTLE while pushing down on the behind. It shouldn't take long before it will begin doing it automatically when you stop. Do not talk to the dog much at all. Just use small gentle jerky corrections on it's leash when walking and a SHSHSH!! sound, I use the APT!! noise myself but almost any noise to get their attention works.

first with using the bathroom, put what ever your using for it in the bath room and put the puppy in the bath room and shut the door (put food in there too) and leave them in there, soon the will know that thats where they have to go. With the leash thing, if their 9 weeks dont rush them in to that!

Lots of patience! I highly recommend Dr. Ian Dunbars "After You Get Your Puppy" a good little paperback that will help you train your puppy to be a great dog! Order it on Amazon. And use crate training for housebreaking.

this is a 9 week old puppy. an infant. you cannot expect her to understand anything. Matter of fact she should not have been taken away from her mother & siblings for another 3 weeks so lighten up - you CHOSE to get a puppy. it goes with the territory

Persistence. There is no easy way. We are all creatures of habit, so keep doing what your doing and they will get it sooner or later.
