Most guys do prefer this. Younger girls tend to have the looks and a bit of inexperience. And guys like to play the protector.

A good majority of men like women younger than them, for many different reasons.

1) It makes them feel "manly" and good about themselves to be able to attract younger women.

2) Older women are wiser and can more easily see through their "games"

3) Younger women are not as jaded by failed relationships or bad experiences.... in other words... less baggage.

4) Women are generally more mature emotionally and mentally, so younger women are closer to the man's emotional and mental maturity level.

5) Younger women tend to have more energy and more "life" than their older counterparts.

6) Our society idolizes youth and the wrinkle free, tight bodied stereotype... which younger women are more likely to fit.

7) Dating an older woman is still somewhat "taboo" in our society for some reason. Perhaps because a man who can have a younger woman is see as more virile.

Obviously, those are very broad generalizations and there are exceptions to each of them... but to guys... it's all about the odds.

Yes.
1.younger women are simply sexy, as younger people in general look better then older people(even more so ture if your a shallow guy).
2.Younger women have no baggage..espicaly kids, ex husbands, and family ties.
3.Younger women are a bit more fun. They are more likey to want to do things with the guy that an older woman will not even try.
4.Younger women are clueless about life and all, so it makes the older guy feel better about himself as he knows more.
5.A younger woman does not have the huge set of rules and a lits that most older women have.

Some guys do. I don't really care either way. I need a woman who has herself together. I am 30 right now. If I meet someone 22 with a car, a place, a good job, no kids and a good head on her shoulders she will get tons more run than a female that's 36 no job, no car, section 8 with 4 kids. It can be the other way around too.

When you are 16 or so, the older, 20 - 30 year olds look best. When you get past 75, those 50-60 year olds look very good. Anything younger than that are just babys.

i go by a girls personality.if you choose younger she may not be as mature as you desire unless he's just after a little fun and run.
