For U.S. you need to take USMLE parts 1, 2 (I am not sure if there is a Part 3 as well now). Contact ECFMG in Philadelphia, you may find them on the net. After you have done at least Part 1and 2 you need to get a residency spot to enable you to do post graduate training in the speciality of your choice. At the end of the residency you will be eligible to sit the Speciality board exam. Look through the Green Book which is a directory of residency programs and gives a lot of info. Should be available in your medical school library or go to any American Library. There is one in Delhi. Hope that helps.

Have a look at www.usmle.net. They have advice about which books to read, discussion fora with other people preparing for the exams, information about residency programs and so on.

Entry exams vary from country to country and even so, from one College or University to another.

In my country (Ecuador), suggest you visit/ask at:
www.usfq.edu.ec
You will be directed and your question answered.
