You can't put food on the table and pay your bills with "love".

Even if we`re not counting material things such as food and water i.would still say no .As humans we can`t love everyone we can`t even manage to like every one, but we don`t need to be loved or liked by all . To me what we do need to have an acceptable quality of life is respect and justice .if these two things were not the luxury that they are now but given to all people i think this world would be a far happier place

It may not be the ONLY thing that we need in life, but it should be the FOUNDATION in life. once love is the foundation, all other things will fall in place. many of the world's problems can be solved, or at least alleviated by love, and once love is in control, peace and joy will follow naturally. all aspects of life will improve, and it might even help to alleviate problems like poverty and unequal distribution of wealth. the vast suffering and pain induced by wars could be prevented. so, although love may not be the only thing we need in life, it sets the foundation for improving all aspects of life.

If there was more love, then the world would be a much better place!

But unfortunately we need more than that! Like money, and food!

No. Love is vital but it has to be informed by wisdom and experience. Otherwise things good in themselves, such as money or food, can be loved to excess.

A balance has to be achieved, love has to be guided.

Paul McCartney sang All you need is Love so, allot of people need allot of things, and some only need Love.

Peace and *Love*

Yes! Real, true, unconditional love could save us from ourselves. I'm not talking about human love, I'm talking about spiritual love. You must experience it for yourself first before you can share it with others. Unselfish love eradicates selfish motives. Me, becomes you, becomes we. All problems solved.
