my husband is out of town(with his sister for work again)and my neice is staying since her and her mother now have a restraining order from him. my neices boyfriend was staying over that night in the guest bedroom(i said they couldnt share a room)and everything was fine when we went to bed. so i got undressed(i sleep w/o clothes on sometimes)
at about 12:30 i woke up and my husband was massaging my breasts. after about 5 more minutes we were making out and i remembered that my husband was out of town! when i realized this wasnt my husband i looked a little harder and found that it was my neices boyfriend!!(she is 16 and he is 18)
i told him to get out and go to his own bedroom and he did but the next morning he kept on making kissy faces at me over breakfast and when my neice went to the restroom he walked up to me and started makeing-out with me again!

what should i do?
tell somebody?! or should i just stay away from him?!
what if he keeps coming over and trys to kiss me?!

tell your husband what he did... and your neice... you were Asleep, and he came to You... he wanted to have sex with you, and they BOTH need to know

You need to be more assertive. This guy is a big jerk, and he needs to be out of your house permanently. Any guy that would do that is a sociopath and everyone is better off with him gone. If you simply tell your neice about it, that should take care of it (if she has any sense.) She should dump him immediately. A relationship with a jerk like that is a dead end. She is wasting time that could be spent with a decent guy, but at 16 few girls seem to have any sense. If you told your husband, there's a chance he would kill him, so I would do that as a last resort to keep the jerk out of your house. Bottom line is that jerk can never set foot in your home again. There has to be consequences--he sexually assaulted you.

The best thing to do is tell him that he's crossing a line in no uncertain terms and that if he should so much as approach it again, you will not only tell your niece, but call the police. What he did last night is considered sexual assault, only a step or two below rape. I realize that your immediate instinct is probably to just move past it and put it behind you, but think about this: if he's willing to do that to you, imagine what he would be willing to do to your niece. After he's gone, the best course of action would be to sit down and talk to your niece about what happened. She'll no doubt get very upset, probably even a little with you, but in the long run, it'll be better than if she finds out about his proclivities some other way.

Kick him out and tell your neice he grabbed you and made offers-she needs to knowwhat a jerk he is-tell him to stay away from you and your neice-and tell her Mom so she's aware-better to be the first announcement than hear some bull story later too-He's bad seed

You say he started making out with you again after your niece went to the bathroom. I don't see anywhere that you say you pushed him away.

How old are you that you allow this dude to do this stuff to you? Why is he still in your house? Tell your niece and your husband what happened and put this dude out NOW!

Throw him out of your house, for starters. Tell your niece, tell your husband. If he comes over, throw him out again and swear out a Personal Protection Order against him.

You don't have to deal with this guy.

What a creep.

Sit down and talk to your niece she has a right to know what sort of a guy she is seeing. Also speak to your husband and tell him what has happened.

The next time he touches you start screaming and then when whoever else is there comes in the room tell them he tried to fondle you. I don't think anyone one would believe any other stories he tries to tell.
