The easiest way is to take a taxi. If you do, please make sure it's from Blue Bird company. It's not very cheap, but it's safe.
The cheapest way is to take a bus, called DAMRI. They have many destinations, including one near Mangga Dua area.. You can ask at the airport for the ticket stand.

The Damri bus is available from the airport to many parts of Jakarta at a rate of 15000-2000 rupiahs.

The best is to take taxi.
Bus in JAkarta is rather crowded and unconfortable.
The new "busway" is good but still not enough to accomodate crowded Jakarta, if you wanna try, always take good care of your bag.

If you're searching comfy, then you better take a taxi. It'll be a lot easier and comfortable. But another option is The damri bus, well maybe it's not comfy and crowded, but it is a lot more cheaper.
