Less than OK, but better than bad. If you're getting the field you want, work hard in it and you will do better in Class XII boards, as you'll be studying the subjects of your choice and interest.
But for Class X boards, this is not good enough. 70% and above is OK. This nothing in the competitive world you're in. You must get at least 85% to make people take notice. If you want to take life easy, and are satisfied with a low/medium paying job, this is enough.
Anyhow, you're in India. So, you most probably won't need a job after marriage.

It is relative.It is OK for your school suprintendent, who is just interested in school overall passing percentage.Good for you.Very good or excellent for one of your buddies who could not even manage to get passing percentage.
Again it is relative, a laborer earns bare minimum to sustain, nevertheless he may happy or derive happiness on low threshold levels. At the same time top executive at a MNC might earn millions, but his happiness threshold levels may be very high.
So you are the center of reference in this relativity.You are the best judge to steer your life in the direction that gives you the most happiness.
If your goals are high , then you ought to be competitive & anyone will tell you 66% is no competition at all in todays competitive world.
If your goal is to live life as it comes, you are doing fine.

Its ok with CBSE as i 2 had d same. Work hard in ur fav group u'l surely score better later on....... I 2 did d same.
