My Girlfriend and I are driving down to Atlanta to see a Falcons game and we were trying to get a room for the night. The problem is we're both 20, and so far no hotel we find will let us get a room for the night because of our ages. Is there a hotel that doesn't have that policy?

Almost all the major online vendors (orbitz, expedia, travelocity, hotels.com etc.) require you to be 21 to reserve a room themselves.

I've never heard of a hotel not renting because of age, that is strange since they don't ask what your age is. Just book on-line and that will solve your problem. If you are still worried, check in by yourself and then have your girlfriend meet you at the room. There is no need for them to know you are under 21 or not married. As long as you have a credit card there are ways around this very strange problem.

While this may be 'policy' at many hotels, it is technically illegal. It is understandable, given the tendency for young people to rent hotel rooms for parties, but you and your girlfriend have both attained the age of majority and should be permitted to stay where you please. When calling a hotel switchboard, do not ask if they let rooms to people your age. I don't recall ever having been asked for my date of birth when making a reservation. If they do ask, and deny you the right to make a reservation, ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. Tell them that you are traveling and need a place to stay and that you are not looking for a place to have a party. You will be using a major credit card just like any other guest at the hotel, and you expect to be accorded the same rights as any paying guest at their establishment. Remain professional and calm at all times. If you still encounter difficulty, make sure you have the name of the person you have been speaking with, ask them to what department in the corporate office you should address a complaint and write a polite letter stating your grievance. Then try another hotel. You may have an uphill battle, but you should have some success after a few tries.

Just book your reservation by phone or online and there shouldn't be a problem. But you will need a major credit card!

Plenty, go to the hotels off Old National Pkwy. South of the airport.
