Monkey Bread
Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon
one stick butter
(4) 7 ounce cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Greases a bundt pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a 1 gallon plastic bag. Work with 1 can of biscuits at a time. Remove the biscuits, and cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces. And then add ten pieces at a time to the bag with sugar cinnamon mixture. Close bag and shake to coat. Gently press the pieces into the prepared pan. Repeat this procedure with the other 3 cans of biscuits. Melt butter in a saucepan and add remaining sugar cinnamon mixture. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 350' for 35 minutes, until browned. Remove from the oven and turn out onto serving plate while still hot. This bread is best eaten while still warm, pulling apart the pieces with your fingers.

Monkey Bread

INGREDIENTS

* 3 (10 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough
* 3/4 cup white sugar
* 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
* 1/2 cup margarine
* 3/4 cup white sugar

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix together 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
2. Quarter the biscuits with kitchen shears. Dip shears in water after each cut to keep the biscuits from getting too sticky. Dip biscuits into sugar mixture, and place in a greased tube pan. Do this until all biscuits are used.
3. Melt butter or margarine, and mix in 3/4 cup sugar. Pour mixture over biscuits.
4. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F (175 degrees C) oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

cut up the roll of biscuits into quarters, then roll in a sugar and cinnamon mixture, place in a bundt pan and sprinkle with more of the cinnamon mixture, add about 4 tsp of butter to the top and bake at 350 for about 20-30 mins.

Flip over and enjoy

you can also make a pour over glaze with 10x(powdered) sugar and water/milk to drizzle over top, (just mix the two to get a pourable mix)

I just throw cut up Pillsbury biscuits into a greased bundt pan, pour some melted butter over it and shake all kinds of cinnamon and sugar on it and bake in a 350 oven until it looks done. I don't measure anything. It's hard to screw up.

I found the neatest recipe for this one. This is from Paula Deen on the Food Network. She calls it Gorilla Bread. The only difference in her recipe is that she takes cubes of cream cheese and a sprinkle of Cinnamon sugar and tucks them inside the biscuits. This is outstanding!!
