He didn't tell me that he didn't have feelings for me when I told him that I had feelings for him. All he said was that I had my chance and I made my choice back then and it's a matter of living with my decision. What am I supposed to do?

I guess you can't do anything ... He made his mind up for whatever... . Do not let a controlling man taunt you. He is NOONE TO MAKE YOU THINK HE HAS THE POWER OVER YOU TO SUFFER >>>> Who the hell does he think he is GOD...?. You cannot make someone love you and want to be w/ you . He either wants too or he don't ... There is a huge world out there w/ lots to do and many people to meet . Make sure you have QUALITY friends not QUANITY......OF friends..... Don't let pride get in the way of your relationships .. You get more from sugar than from lemons....but remember life should flow like a river ... sometimes rageing and sometimes calm but always in the right direction....

From what the guy have said, I believed he meant that you have lost your chance since the last time and he is not willing to accept you now. So what you need to do is just to carry on with your life. Hope you can find the someone special in your life

Just be straight forward and ask him what the hek he is talking about. if he cannot be hinest about his feelings towards you or any such thing. Dump him, you are too good for him.

Move on honey!! Life is to short to waste alot of time with someone who does not love you the way that you love them and life would be horrible if you did stay with him. Accept the facts and move on to find someone who can care for you the way that you care for them.
