hi i have a history of anemic and have a very low hemoglobin right now its 7 .1 i am 37 have two kids i delivered them with same hamoglobin after having lot of medicines it never goes beyond 8 but now its taking my life i get tired and feel sleepy whole day what should i do please suggest as i wann to live .

Your hemoglobin should be under 7... go get checked out for diabetes!!! If that is not the case, have your Iron level checked out.... you may need to go on B-12 shots.

you will need a transfusion,see your doctor maybe you have pernious aneamia or sickle cell aneamia but only a doctor can find out what type you have ,and yes it will kill you inthe end

take iron pills and eat more red meat such as liver
