Well... it's not a common fetish, but I for one think it's kinda cute too. The idea that a sexy woman could make you aroused by something so embarassing and 'dirty' is part of the attraction, but then again, I'm weird that way.

It looks like everyone has agreed with you that it was weird but let's look at another angle. Perhaps your ex was just excited by the fact that you felt comfortable enough around him to do that. Doesn't it kind of say that the relationship has moved into that stage where you both appreciate and accept each other for who you are. I think that's pretty cool!
