Lately I've had very unusual eating and sleeping habits. For about a week, and a half, I was pulling all nighters every other night. I even stayed up for three days straight, although I did have a 3 hour long nap... For the last week now, I have been getting an average of six hours of sleep a night (I normally get an average of 10.) Although most nights I only end up sleeping 3 hours... Also lately I have had no appetite at all...I have a herniated stomach, and really bad stomach acid, plus I've been having blood sugar problems lately, and the only times I eat are when I absolutely have too. (When I get really weak, or my stomach acid is really bad.) I normally eat hardly anything anyways... just drink lots of water, but when all I'm eating is a piece of bread in a day, or a couple cherry tomatoes, and a quarter cup of yogurt in a day, I know something's wrong.. The weirdest thing about it is that I have lots of energy.. about 3 or 4 times more then I normally do...

I actually feel alot better now that I'm not sleeping that much.. normally when I sleep 10 or more hours, I have pain in my back, my neck, my stomach hurts, I'm groggy, still really tired, and I have no energy.. But I feel great now... I love waking up by myself... Although now if I sleep for 7-8 hours, I feel the same way I did before when I would sleep 10-12 hours.... (Pain, grogginess, etc.)
Sorry this is so long, but thanks in advance...

Thanks... Actually tomatoes don't bother me at all... things that normally make people feel better, make me feel worse... (Giner Ale, most painkillers, etc...) I do drink lots of water...I have been eating a little bit more the last 2 days, which has helped a little bit... I honestly physically can't eat that much.. I'm really hardly ever hungery, and when I am, one plate of food fills me up for a long time...Probably because I have never eaten at regular times, I pretty much normally eat little bits of food throughout the day.. although like I said, lately I've been eating hardly anything... I have gone to my doctor about numerous issues... And I have had my blood tested for tons of illnesses... I'm currently waiting for my results for my latest blood tests. (Mostly hormonal.) I have also always had sleeping problems.. although they all had to do with me being a very deep sleeper, having a very hard time waking up, and sleeping too much... Thanks for your help

having bad stomach acid requires that you eat a little bit every three hours, a few crackers, yogurt, a piece of turkey, or bread. You should not eat tomatoes as they are very acid forming. You probably feel more energized because your body is pumping adrenaline to keep you going, this is not good for your body . You need to be drinking lots of water And eating it every three hours a little bit of food.

if you do this you should feel better and start sleeping normally. If not see your medical doctor.
