Jesus was speaking in Matthew 23:39 "For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed [is] he that cometh in the name of the Lord."
Jesus was talking to the Pharisees because they build the tombs of the prophets, and their father were the ones that murdered them.

Jesus wasn't talking. He never wrote one word of the Bible. And, if he existed, Jesus' corpse was decades old before he was "quoted".
Blessed are people who realize that religion is just superstition.
