I am with others making it a resounding "no."
Having said that, I have never understood why people think their horrid music must be shared through involuntary participation on the part of others.
A shame there isn't a law that can have the people who have overloud mobile phones and other mobile music makers paying a fine.
Responsibility is the issue, not the makers of such devices.

We don´t know for sure if mobile phones cause this disaster. There can be many reasons for the loss of the bees. However,if so, it will be utterly difficult to show that the mobile manufacturers are responsible, they will fight back with all the power they have (money).Another fact is that people will not stop buying mobile phones. If it´s true that the mobile phones cause this phenomena, which I say is a tragedy, money and peoples selfishness talk.

No, they shouldn't be held responsible. It's the people who play the music loudly and are inconsiderate to the others around them who should be held responsible.

Just because the volume on the phone can be put on loud doesn't mean that they have to put it on the loudest setting. Same goes for car stereos, t.v.'s, radios, walkman's, portable cd players, mp3 players, ipods, etc... the list goes on.

People need to realize that they aren't the only ones around and that they need to be considerate towards others when in a public place.

No, the phone manufacturer should not be responsible.
It's the owners responsibility to operate the phone by the bus rules, but for annoying, yes it can be.

If you wanted a concert or to listen you would.

This question poses the reason for placement of certain values on communitys, lik H.O.A. Fees being high, background check working in hospitals and jewelry stores.

People who act out and say they can do what they want are right to a certain degree.

What they can't see is that just as they want their music loud for them, you want quiet for you. This makes them the A5shole, because they are doing to you by force, what they don't want forced on them.

Not the phone company, but the individual holding the phone. People need to be considerate and turn the volume down.
Annoying.

Well then, it isn't the manufacturer's fault really, its the buyers, you might care to recall that the phones come with ringing volume feature? it has a purpose. you might have to deal with the fact or just buy you own set of wheels if you can't deal with it. some of us just ignore & read of go elsewhere with imagination.

No! People should held responsible for the products they buy and use. Guns, tobacco, or anything else. People need to teach their kids manners and social etiquette.Consideration for others.Kids today aren't being taught anything. They are just being entertained.

No don't blame the manufacturers, blame the kids. They have a volume control, and can moderate the loudness. Most of these kids, have never been taught to be considerate of others.

That's a problem for the police. It's called disturbing the public. In my town, if the cops can hear your music in your car from 25 feet away it's considered noise pollution. When I was younger I thought it was a stupid law, now that I have a child I think it is great. "Write up them tickets officers."
