Ignore the crackhead response above. Look at what you have in common with your kids. Do you both enjoy a certain activity? Plan to spend a few hours doing an activity you both enjoy and the conversation will flow a little easier. You're kids are adults now and instead of talking "at" them, just talk to them. Ask questions, start the conversation on a positive note and let it be natural, after all they are your children and as they say , the apple don't fall far from the tree. Good luck :)

what are you doing living with your adult children? we wait our whole lives to get out from under our parents. shame on you for living with them. leave them alone to get on with their lives. what a sex life killer that is. and if they are living with you, tell them they have to make a plan to get their own place. it's just shameful. how about some independence. would you have liked your parents or your wife's parents living with you when you two got married? think about that.
