Yes. Take this silly example If you are afraid you’re going to arrive late at work or at school almost all the time, you might dream it actually happens. This way, your brain makes you deal with the situation as if it was real. And after that, even if you arrive late at work/school in real life, you’ll already have the experience and know what to do. This is just a silly example, but sometimes, it can actually work with really important stuff.

Try a dream catcher and that is all i know. Well don't try to think of painful stuff or think of someone too much because that will bring negativity. Trust me!

I think our dreams sometime exacerbate our fears. They can distort them and make them seem worse than they actually are.

its best to get rid of fear by actualy facing it if possible,most are small imagined to be big.
