Check out the website: http://www.pomsinperth.com/ A (now) friend of mine came from the UK and used these guys to find a house etc... even before they arrived. I'm pretty sure they even sent someone to pick them up from the airport and take them to their temporary rental accomodation.

not sure what a meet and greet service is, but there is a shuttle bus on arrival to take you into the city, it will drop you off at major hotels and backpacker hostels in Perth and surrounding areas. Good luck its a great place to live, Ive been here for 27yrs from UK
