i think you have just fallen for a scam, there is NOT SUCH A THING!!! if you reply! THEY will ask you for personal details of EVERYTHING!!! and also tell you to pay a registration fee! for obtaining your PRIZE don"t do it just put it down to BAD experience and delete< safer and smarter this way!!!

I to received a notice and after going through the motions of using my credit card for 14.99 i was sent confirmation on my numbers for yesterday and today. take a chance you could be lucky!!!
