America will NEVER look like Mexico.
Is flying the flag upside down some kind of twisted way of protesting the border issues? If so, it seems disrespectful to the flag and to America to do that.

I am upset about border issues too. I want them on better lockdown and i think illegal is illegal and people should not get the privileges of legal citizens when they are not.

I am sick of people thinking you are racist just because you do not believe in giving legal rights to people here illegally.

I think the Mexican people, like other immigrants including all of us since we are a country of immigrants, they have given us a lot of wonderful foods and dances and music and things that their culture has. And some that are not so good (bull fighting, cockfighting, shooting guns off at celebrations etc.)

However, we need to find a way to close our borders for better security like we do at airports and ship ports. We also need to find a way to extend citizenship to those who have already made their lives here and have started families here etc. They should not be given the rights of citizens until they ARE citizens though. So give them a way to do that. Let them prove they've been here for a period of time and that they WANT to be citizens here.

As long as the voting public allows their congressmen and women to continue to protect illegals first then I would guess about 20 years. Most people coming into this country want to be American and not have their country in the USA. It is like all problems not solved by congress, people that protest the loudest get their vote. Lets be loud !

It didn't happen in 1987 when the "great" conservative Reagan granted amnesty.

These people are fleeing Mexico because Mexico sucks, so I am fairly confident when I say they have no interest in re-creating Mexico here in the US.
