God has many names- some are stated directly, others are merely hinted at and some are brought down in the oral tradition and in the Kaballah. The longest name is over 300 thousand letters (essentially the whole of the Torah (five books of Moses) written as a single word).

God has said, "I am, that I am" and since Abraham, Issac and Jacob were all faithful to Him, He was called "God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob.
And I think translation of God in various languages are different like Jehovah, Allah, Saami, etc..
But there is only One God. And it is so true that He sent His Son Jesus who died for the sin and curses of this world.

If u really want to know god doesn't have any name because different types of religion worships different types of god but when we say our prayers it goes to one person and u know who is it so we come to know that all gods are united and so its my theory that god is one and he dosen't have any name and this teaches us humans to stay united.
