also how should i resolve this problem so i can sleep better, my consience is getting the best of me

You are in hell dumbass!
You know what you need to do to be able to sleep at night, but you're too selfish.
Whatever you do, don't tell your wife about it!
That's even more selfish because you will be doing it to ease your conscience, but by doing so, you will make her feel the weight of your adultery.
There's only one Way to ease your conscience completely and I guarantee you that He is waiting for you right now.
As far as going to hell after you die, read the book of Acts in the Bible.
Read about King Saul that use to hunt down and kill Christians.
To help you find him easier, Saul is more commonly referred to as Paul.
His name was changed after his conversion to Christianity and he is responsible for writing almost half of the books in the New Testament!
People do not go to hell for the way that they act in life.
You cannot earn your way into heaven because the Bible says that we are saved by the grace of God.
The very definition of of grace is an unmerited, undeserved, gift or reward.
Bad people do not go to hell while the good people go to heaven.
That's Hollywood's version!

I don't know if you're going to hell, but it might feel like it when they all find out about each other! You want to sleep better, be a better person... your conscience should be getting to you. If you can't be a faithful husband than you shouldn't be married. So leave the girlfriends and figure out why you cheat and fix it.

look man youve got to decide why you have three girls an one marraige, usually we as men try to find different things in different women because its so hard to find all we want in just one woman. example : one for sex one for the home one for understanding and outdoors ect. My guess is that none of the women you have have at least some of the qualities you desire packed in one, My suggestion is brake up with all of them and find one special girl that has almost all you need and start fresh,because right now too many emotions and too many hearts are involved, it might take some time but at least it will be real. Right now you think your getting it all but its all fake man, your just cheating yourself into the good life.trust me been there done that,Start fresh and youll remember me,im sure you know by now what you want so get out there somewhere and find the one for you its not that hard 100,000,000,000 woman exist out there give or take a few million ,one of them is your other half and has your name on her,stop waisting your time on partial happines it NEVER works at the end of the day. As for hell, i think we make our lives as we live it,our own destinies,our own paths to hell or heaven or afterlife wherever it may be,but to be sure that your going somewhere nice after death be truthfull to your own needs and im sure god will be truthfull to you.(ps imagine you waking up to your 3 girlfriends and wife in hell all together being tormented for eternity its not a good site:)

Maybe you should ask yourself these questions:
1. How is your Marriage.Are you happy?
2. Is the woman you married the one u r living with?
Let me add this whether you are going to hell or not depends on whether you decieve yourself for in doing that you lie to God but if you are true to yourself you are true to god.Stay in the marriage or get out.

Sounds like your in heaven :D But, that means you have 4 women right, GF1, GF2, GF3 and Wife. Think about which one makes you happiest and who you are in it for love, not just fun. And think about your wife. Been married long? Has she been their to support and love you?
Once you find out which one you want to be with, ditch the rest. but be kind. Once you only have 1 woman, you will feel more better.

I guess your problem is that you have too much energy that can't be fulfilled by only one. Enjoy your life and don't worry about other things. Since you can handle all the four and satisfy them all, you are doing them a favour.
