Would a sign of a spiritual visit be feeling ice cold, shivering, and getting goosebumps on your whole body when the temperature is at 80? Just curious. Somebody asked me about this and I told them I'd see what everyone here says, since I'm not into that.

She then said that a while after the chills, she started feeling very warm and comfortable. I didn't ask anymore, I just said "okey" and asked it here.

It's not me, it's a friend of mine. Online. She told me she kept feeling these cold waves and getting chills, and then she would get warm. I don't know, you'd have to ask her.

This is cold sweat...! Tell her to go for check up. It could be some symptoms of sumtin. Don wait. Early detection could help....
I have seen all these symptons with my own eyes and feel it for myself....
They are explainations for everything...!

Um, no. That is a fight or flight response. Blood flow increases and the goosepimples are from when our ancestors had hair to raise and make themselves look bigger.
When the skin blood flow increases the temperature goes up and then you feel chilled because you register the difference in skin and air temperature. However this also increases your cooling rate so that you can run from a threat or fight it without collapsing by overheating.
When you shift out of this response the skin cools and you actually feel like the air is warmer.
This response is quite normal and can be triggered by almost any type of unidentified fear, it is also sometimes associated with certain types of epilepsy.
I just reread this and I was not clear enough, the unidentified fear could be something generated by our own imagination.
Even a good ghost story.

No, thats more a sign of getting a cold or flu I think, tell her to take some paracetamol and hotlemon with honey then ..... tell her there are no such things as ghosts. But there are Jinn, who although we cannot see them, some of us are sensitive enough to feel their presence. Some Jinn are good and will not disturb you, while others like to play tricks and cause doubts in your mind, making you believe that ghosts and such like exist.
Once you're dead, you're dead, and you'll remain, body and soul in your grave until the Day of Judgement. You cannot get up and wander the world as a 'lost soul' as is sometimes portrayed in Christianity and other religions.

When I even read about ghosts, I get chills. Art Bell and George Noory have a website with true stories and photos of ghosts that will scare the crap outta ya.

It is not ghosts that give that chill, in fact I doubt that "ghosts" actually exist, it is demons. Stay away from them!
