ok except for the pregnancy problem, i would say, the person who is on the receiving end of penetration, whether a guy or a girl, has a much higher risk of getting any disease from the other person when not using protection.
especially this is true for most girls (there are fewer guys who are on the receiving end..... )

well if they are completely committed to each other than there is not much of a difference but it is hard to trust that the other person is not going to cheat so there is always a high percentage of cheaters so STD's are a real concern
