I'm compulsive about channel surfing and I sometimes hit these people. What I see is little use of the Bible and what there is, is wrong.
If you can't go for 5 minutes without begging for money, that is greed.
Then they are trying to influence politics with the other part of 5 minutes. Despite Jesus' words " they are no part of the world , just as I am no part of the world."

Yes there is no doubt that televangalism is corrupt. Why does God need you to send money to the likes of Benny Hinn? if he is so powerful and Jesus is able to provide all the needs of a man?
The truth is that it is all false from your average church leaders right up to the Pope himself. They are all out to decieve people and rob them of hope and money.

I think that they are religious but since I see a lot of religious people who are homophobes and bigots then the religious side is meaningless as religion seems to be for evil

I think so we don`t have them like they do in America .And we don`t have any of that tithing business either .being ordained is supposed to be a vocation done for the love of God ,not a get rich quick scheme

Many of them are described in the prophetic passage given to Peter by the Holy Ghost.

Paul was also warned about these wolves in sheep's clothing.
1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,
2 Timothy 4:1 I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: 2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. 3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, 4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.

Wow you really are a Satanist aren't you? I have heard these arguments when I was a member years ago. It is amazing how shallow your logic is. It is very hard to remain an atheist in spite of all the truth around you. I just am stumped by you astute knowledge and wisdom!
The bible says you shall know them by their fruits... some are and some are not. The key is are you studying the core message or just listening to lip service on TV?
