There was an attempted suicide at Camden Town station.
On average, the Underground has about two or three attempted suicudes a week, most of which are actually unsuccessful.
Quite frankly, it is a bloody selfish thing to do. The driver and the witnesses have to live with it forever.

Well yesterday a guy was hit by a train, I am guessing it's the same one your talking about.

Police have identified a man thought to be drunk and asleep on train tracks who survived being hit by a train in Melbourne's north-west.

Police said the man was lying on the train tracks, apparently drunk and asleep, at Ginifer railway station at St Albans about 12.20am (AEST) on Sunday.

Witnesses said he was seen on a bench at the station prior to the accident.

Police used fingerprints to identify the man as a 37-year-old from Williamstown, a Victoria Police spokeswoman said.

The man's name has not been released because his next of kin have not yet been notified of the accident.

He remained in the Royal Melbourne Hospital on Monday in a serious condition.

He was admitted to the hospital in a critical condition on Sunday.

No I didn't if it was major then it would of made the news. Also imagine walking through that dark tunnel that would be well scary there would be nowhere to go since it is only one lane.
