I spent the night at my friends house this weekend and in the morning we wanted to make breakfast. He asked me if I wanted eggs. I said I like "eggs over easy with cheesy". He looked at me awkardly for a second then just started laughing. He's never heard that before.

My mom always used to call it that. put an egg(over easy) on a piece of toast then put a piece of cheese on the egg and let it melt(like the kraft american singles)

I was just wondering if anyone else eats eggs over easy with cheesy? hahaha! :]

Sounds good! I'm hungry right now. Lol!
I've always eaten cheese on mostly everything.
My Mom just scrambled the cheese into the eggs, so that's not all that different.
Some people just get thrown for a loop, if it's something they've never heard of. Lol!

Almost sounds like a Bird in a nest, the only thing missing would be the hole in the center of the bread...

But yes, I have heard of something like that, you can call it anything you want, but it sounds very good!
