Just curious to see what people think.. I AM really nice though. I get along w/everyone. I'm just not all that attractive. I've had boyfriends but I haven't found "the one"... I'm just curious if you all think it's possible for an unattractive girl to find a good guy... Please don't take this as I have low self esteem. I don't. I know I'm a great person.. just not a bombshell.

Amy: It's just kinda crappy. I was on a medication and it cause me to gain a bunch of weight. I've lost alot of it but I still don't feel pretty. I look at some of my friends and I try not to compare but it's hard.

I DO get my hair done and wear makeup. I get my hair trimmed and highlighed, I buy good makeup.. but I'm just not all that

Im sorry but what makes you think you arent attractive? Different guys look for different things, so do women, we all have preferences, trust me you are attractive, you are someones type. You will find the guy who loves you inside and out. Its great that you are nice lady, thats a plus to many pretty girls are phoney and mean and guys see through that once the physical aspect is out the way they dont want nothing to do with them. Trust me, your a prize and fate will seal the deal for you when you least expect it, but in the meantime have fun and dont settle, Mr Right is out there for you. I have pretty gorgeous friends and so-so friends- guess which ones date guys who are nice and not vain and actually care about them? so-so girls- and most are married- my gorgeous friends are miserable and still single

Some of the plainest girls are stunning with a slight change to themselves
Seriously think of a GOOD hair cut, look at the way you wear your makeup (if you don't) try it
Look at your clothes
You say you don't suffer from low self esteem (Great)
Nothing wrong with a little change
First thing it make you feel different and sexy
Secondly it builds your confidence to be even higher than you feel right now
As far as a good guy... Well that can take a long time
Good guys are hard to come by but why not try and find a decent guy with morels and can treat you with respect
All good things come to those who wait

is there really "the one"?! [sorry a cynical reply there...lol... I guess there is....whether you meet the person or not is another thing though... there are so many people out there]
I think it is possible and quite likely - just don't give up - live your life and have your own interests.... don't be boring!
you may quite likely meet someone with similar interests and tastes or even the opposite (opposites sometimes attract... not alll the time though...) going about your own life and they may like that in you - that you have your own interests and aren't too clingy (although some people like that clingy thing..... gets to be a bit if a drag sometimes...)..
good luck with your search though - even good looking people have trouble with finding a partner [ there are the wrong people out there for everyone...]

I am not the hottest chick in the world, I'm plump and have kids by a previous relationship. The love of my life walked into my world when I just stopped looking. He is wonderful to me and a wonderful father to my kids. Yes I think anyone can find a good guy you just have to wait for him. Don't settle, if you feel hes not the right one then more than likely he isn't. He's out there for you!

He probably is interested in another girl. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. The only way to fix this is to start having as much sex with him as often as possible. 2, even 3 times a day will not suffice. You need to get him in the morning before school, during snack time, lunch break, math class, random bathroom breaks, and after school. Good Luck!!!!!

I think just keep doing what you are doing , maybe start going to different places mix with different types of people eventually you will find someone , however in saying this don't expect some fireworks and bells ringing it doesn't exist just know what you want and keep looking for it , and don't at all think that guys just are interested in looks yes some are but eventually all women's looks fade in time ..... men forget this lol

you don't need to be a bombshell or the most beautiful woman there is... it is all how you are deep down inside of yourself.beauty is only skin deep.. how do you feel about yourself inside? are you true to your inner self? can you give as well as receive? are you understanding of others? these are the questions you need to answer for yourself first... then go and find the one that can be the same way with you

There is a right person out there for you. You just haven't met him get. When you do, you will know. Just be patient.
By the way, "Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder". If you are a good person, you are probably more beautiful than you realize, anyway!!
