I think the people who commit crimes now would be the ones to commit crimes if there were no laws. The rest of us might be tempted but if it isn't in us to do it then we won't - I think.

probably many people. I would certainly be very tempted, at least, but I would also be scared out of my mind that someone would make up their own laws and come after me because they got mad. I'd be scared most of the time, actually, because there would be no protection for anybody. And you're not gonna get many people saying they would for sure commit a crime, because most wouldn't own up to it haha and you see, if there were no laws, there would be no crime.

should this have been under government and law
and if there are no laws - there cannot be crimes because only breaking the law is a crime
however I think you meant - would I still be good to others - my answer - YES
