This is spam. Yahoo doesn't have a lottery of its own, the only thing they offer is the winning lottery numbers of common lotteries by state (check http://lottery.yahoo.com/)

Also - mark it as spam. You don't want to click on a link or open anything... otherwise they'll know they reached a legitimate email and they'll sell that info to other companies. In other words - you'll end up w/ even more spam.

If you get an email saying you won a competition that you never entered then its a Scam.
I know having Yahoo attached to it makes it more credible but this one is a scam.
Also look out for the EBay and paypal scams..

that was phising email .. they may ask about your password or your card number. that was totally fake email.
