Rhsaunders. What was believed to be simple species in Darwin's time and alot later have ben proven to be anything but simple. Stanley Millers experiments once thought to be a break through are now considered useless for accounting for the origin of life.

The computer uses a language of two characters 0 and 1 I believe. With it we have many different programs and capabilites. DNA uses four characters and even by Bill Gates admission is much more complex. Could it not be argued that the similarity in DNA instruction is to a common programmer.

There isn't any evidence suggesting that this language could have self assembled.

This is proving interesting. I don't think most people are aware of how complex even simple cells are.

The study of genetics and molecular biology has intrigued scientists for decades. Physicist Paul Davies is skeptical that a Creator could be behind it all. Still, he acknowledges: “Each molecule has a specified function and a designated place in the overall scheme so that the correct objects are manufactured. There is much commuting going on. Molecules have to travel across the cell to meet others at the right place and the right time in order to carry out their jobs properly. This all happens without a boss to order the molecules around and steer them to their appropriate locations. No overseer supervises their activities. Molecules simply do what molecules have to do: bang around blindly, knock into each other, rebound, embrace, Somehow, collectively, these unthinking atoms get it together and perform the dance of life with exquisite precision.”
With good reason, many who have studied the inner workings of the cell have concluded that there must be an intelligent force responsible for its creation.
A recent study of the slow changes that have taken place in human DNA (the genetic blueprint of life) suggests that everyone alive today is the descendant of a single female ancestor, as the Bible clearly shows. Scientists from the University of California at Berkeley report that “calculations that might bring the entire human family tree back to one female are based on studies of DNA, or deoxyribonucleic acid, from the placentas of 147 humans from the United States.
As our body makes new cells, which happens billions of times a day and without our conscious guidance, it requires copies of all three components—DNA, RNA, and protein. You can see why the magazine New Scientist comments: “Take away any one of the three and life grinds to a halt.” Or take this a step further. Without a complete and functioning team, life could not have come about.
Is it reasonable that each of those three molecular team players arose spontaneously at the same time, in the same place, and so precisely tuned that they could combine to work their wonders?
There is, though, an alternative explanation as to how life on earth came about. Many have come to believe that life was the careful product of a Designer with intelligence of the highest order.

"Your eyes saw even the embryo of me,
And in your book all its parts were down in writing,
As regards the days when they were formed
And there was not yet one among them."
-Psalms 139:16
This scripture, I believe, is referring to the "Blueprint for Life"
or DNA.
So, the origin would be that of the Creator.
In recent years, scientists have researched human genes extensively. By comparing human genetic patterns around the earth, they found clear evidence that all humans have a common ancestor, a source of the DNA of all people who have ever lived, including each of us. In 1988, Newsweek magazine presented those findings in a report entitled “The Search for Adam and Eve.” Those studies were based on a type of mitochondrial DNA, genetic material passed on only by the female. Reports in 1995 about research on male DNA point to the same conclusion—that “there was an ancestral ‘Adam,’ whose genetic material on the [Y] chromosome is common to every man now on earth,” as Time magazine put it. Whether those findings are accurate in every detail or not, they illustrate that the history we find in Genesis is highly credible, being authored by One who was on the scene at the time.

In any other case if one discovered information coded in a language form we would infer an intelligent being as the source. So why not with the DNA?

Any information always has an author. Like I am the author of this answer. The information or code found in the DNA can only come from God.
Peace and blessings!

If you could be a little more clear about what you want to know I might be able to give you an answer.
DNA replicates itself in a semi-conservative manner. There are also a number of enzyme systems that "proof read" the nascent strand to ensure the information is correct.

Man, all I can say is wow to that response. Please don't make my friends and family drink any of your kool-aid.
To answer you question, the information on DNA came from many generations of your ancestors, which came from viable protein-producing shorter strands of RNA.

God Almighty, lending the earthly almighty scientist a little hand, just enough to get their foot in the door; but not so much that they escape the good Lord's requirement for RELATIONSHIP and CONVERSATION with HIMSELF, for it is by HIS grace, and thru our faith alone, that we walk in right relationship with GOD.
DNA 'itself' is proof of GOD, but let the silly cats keep chasing their tails; God forbid the faith of a child to enter the best communion known to mankind.....knowing your Maker. Silly, silly..............PAIN and HURT! God wont renege on HIS VERY OWN WORD...and HIS WORD says that NONE comes to HIM except it be through the SON; the Lord JESUS CHRIST, the KING OF KINGS/////
And as time goes by, the Lord will reveal more, in pieces HE will allow the prideful, haughty minds to see..........but HE too will abase them in their pride, and exalt the humble who come to HIM, not seeing~! just believing. HE is POUNDING ON THE DOOR OF YOUR HEART, I still cant wrap my head around the fact that ppl do not feel, or HEAR or DISCERN HIM~ in creation, in simple things, such as the food chain, in the softness of a flower, say a rose vs. a cactus,. in the complex--which is to say....no one man, or team of men can dare find the "You are now leaving the UNIVERSE city limits" in outermost reaches of galaxies upon galaxies......the rings, around planet most famous for its odd rings, which scientists now believe are not zillions of years old, but oddly enough, very young....our human anatomy, both inside and out.....THIS ALL IS LIKE THE MAN WHO WORE HIS GLASSES UPON HIS FACE AND TORE THE HOUSE APART LOOKING FOR THOSE VERY SAME GLASSES.......ITs ALL right in front of you, yet you still cannot see?THE ORIGIN OF THE INFO FOUND IN DNA IS GOD's VERY FINGERPRINT TO MAKE YOU DIFFERENT FROM YOUR NEIGHBOR....NO, there is no earthly "EVIL~DENSE" to support GOD, for HE is SPIRIT, good luck with that one buddy, this is by FAITH ALONE. UGH!
You're all breaking my heart, do you really know how small your faith is; and doesn't that even concern you at least a little tiny bit?
