I'm having rice, black beans, peas, green beans, red onion, feta cheese, chicken, raw sunflower seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, raw pinenuts, toasted soybeans, cashews, olives, red bell pepper, spinach topped off with mild salsa and parmesan cheese. Also two slices of Ezekial bread with butter and a grapefruit with salt on it. I have this for breakfast every morning with minor variations like salmon instead of chicken or more or less of the various vegetables or an added egg occasionally. I just layer each ingredient into a bowl. Just a little of each. Then microwave. It is delicious! I have converted my sister and my girlfriend to eating this for breakfast and they agree, it is fabulous!
(in a previous life I had diet coke and krispy creme donuts for breakfast)

Tuesdays and Thursdays: Muesli or other cereal again with yoghurt, fruit, and soya milk.
Saturdays and Sundays: Omlette with tinned tomatoes on toast.
Every day with breakfast: A glass of fruit juice, 10ml of Cod Liver Oil and a Garlic Capsule. Also tea (leaf tea blended ten parts to one part green tea), 1 cup on a weekday, 2 at weekends.

I have just had a bowl of porridge made the Scottish way with a pinch of salt and soaked overnight and then I put a bottle of Muller Vitality strawberry pre & pro biotic on it. Yummy - I look forward to it every day.
It is also very good for you, oats being the new superfood.

Probably oatmeal. I really don't plan my breakfast. Sometimes I don't even get to have breakfast. It all depends on my mood when I wake up. Who knows? Maybe I'll have eggs over easy with bacon and toast.

A very large cup of coffee with a shot of Kahlua and a cigarette. Not very healthy but its what I like. A real eye opener in the grand A.M.

I was gonna have some chocolate but there wasn't any left so I had some plain biscuits instead. I might have some pinapple in a minute & a cup of raspberry & ecchinacea tea.

Two rashers of Ayrshire bacon, two thin linked pork sausage, two soft fried eggs, some beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, slice of Lancashire black pudding, a couple of rounds of toast, lots of coffee....
Oh Oh my wife is watching, so will probably have a small slice of toast, and a little unsweetend fruit juice....still the dream was nice
