A good King holds all in his realm together and seeks no-ones blessing but is able to bless,he is confidant in his kingly power and administers fairly and justly to all his subjects;
James however was not such a Godly King simply because he hated Catholicism and so his Catholic subjects were persecuted by this unfair King.
It more to the truth that he wanted a Bible replaced that of the Catholic church and so his intentions were without honor and majesty, a one-sided King for a Protestant elite.

King James Ist og England was also King James VII of Scotland and his reign unified England and Scotland for a time. He was religiously a narrow minded Protestant bigot, and believed he knew a satanic witch when he saw one, and that they should be killed on sight. In short, He was an ignoramous. The supreme irony is that this mullethead gained eternal fame because he formed a commitee to revise the Bible to which his name was affixed.

I thnk he's been dead a long time and his personal life and prophecies are of no interest to me. It was good that he got the Bible translated into English but I don't think it is necessary for English speaking Christians to rely on such a dated translation. It was very good for it's time but the language has changed a bit since then.

If he was unjustly accused then let the truth be known, as you are doing. But I must say that it wouldn't do a thing to my faith if he was a homosexual. My faith does not rest on the sexual activity of anyone, myself included.

Unremarkable, except for his sponsorship of the bible translation project. Come to think of it, that wasn't very remarkable either.
