No. You should never tell a guy you had sex with another guy. You should say you went to church every day and only prayed he would have mercy on you and take you back.
It is a funny no win question. OK you broke up, I would say that is none of his business.
I think he is going to use that against you, like you cheated, because he thinks you were still beholden to him.

depends if you want to be real with him. I certainly wouldn't want a woman not being real behind my back. Besides, if somehow he finds out you did a one night stand, and you not ever mentioning it, consequences just could be worse.
