I dunno...it sounds strange to me. If we ever leave Iraq, the poorly dressed Iraqi 'terrorists' will somehow invade the US and kill people in our shopping malls. Do people really believe that? It seems to me that they could be doing that anyway. This one needs some logical explaination before I'll buy into it. Let's hear it!

Because they are fighting them IN IRAQ MAYBE? there will probably be another terrorist attack, maybe then all you ultra left spineless liberals will finally realize that these people will stop at nothing to destroy the USA.

I could be wrong, but I think that there is some serious anti-terror work going on behind the scenes and alot of things have probably been averted without the mass public's knowledge that a terrorist act has been attempted. But what makes it more of a terrorist attack - because they are from the middle East? Seems to me - people from other countries including the US are producing acts of terrorism here in the states. Also, do remember that these terrorists - will do the suicide bomber thing - they are not doing that in the US right now because they are working on bigger things that will kill more people faster. The people at work here in the states now are making bigger plans that take more time and precise activity. The ones that never make it to the states because they are not so sophisticated are the poor suicide bombers in the Middle East.

Lisaclara said it perfectly.They want something huge and spectaculor here in the US.These little terrorist attempts you see being busted on the news are not Al Quada.They are small groups or just nuts.I do believe they are trying their hardest to prevent another big one and have prob had some successes but eventually it will happen.I actually think sporatic small mall bombings would create more terror in the US then a big one every ten years.The big ones help the undemocratic neocons and their rich and powerful war mongering buddies and cronies to permeate fear in this nation and use it for their purposes.Like more control and less freedom! And excuses to bomb other nations in this "war on terror".They should just be honest and say it's a war to secure energy resources for our future.That's not such a horrible thing.Wars have often been fought over natural resources.Oh yeah...it's def the poor "over there" that are suicide bombers like it's the poor and working class that do the fighting for this nation!!! The rich and powerful elite and ruling classes just sit back and collect the fruits of our/their labor and sacrifices....Hmmmm....Just like in the work place!

That's just old war rhetoric. "We fight them there so we won't fight them here."

But oddly president Bush's Iraq war turned entire Iraq into terror training camp. I've seen reports about 'new breed' of battle hardened al qaeda in Israel-Palestine fight. These new al Qaeda fighters are coming out of Iraq, well trained, battle hardened from fighting US force.

Iraq really didn't have many 'terrorists' before we went there. But thanks to Bush, Iraq is now the world's biggest terrorist training camp. Don't be surprised to see IEDs in your neighborhood in future. It might have 'Made in Iraq' tag on it.

President Bush was wrong to say Iraq is breeding ground for terrorists prior to Iraq War 2003. So what did he do? He turned it into terrorist training camp. Genius, isn't he?

This argument would only work on a dumb dumb and dumber person. Obviously they are already here by our own government's admission, if they wanted to attack us here they would do it regardless of what is happening in Iraq.

it is truly the stupidest argument ever used to support a war or any political position. The terrorists will not follow us home because the "terrorists" are fighting to defend Iraq from us, or else settling scores with each other.

You want peace in Iraq? Pull out the occupiers. You want peace in america? Stop invading places.
