Not always.
God did not create a perfect world. In fact, God could have created a better world (St. Thomas Aquinas). God created this world "in a state of journeying." The more perfect exists alongside the less perfect. Nature has both constructive and destructive forces. Physical good will always be mixed with physical evil until creation reaches perfection.
Angels and men can freely choose to go astray. God never causes moral evil, either directly or indirectly. He permits moral evil because he respects man's freedom and knows how to draw good out of evil. "We know that in everything, God works for good for those who love him" (Rom 8:28). "God would never allow any evil if he could not cause good to emerge from it" (St. Augustine).
Peace and blessings!

Yes, it is true that people reap what they sow. Some people reap what they sow right away, while others it takes a long time. For instance, a man that rapes a woman. If he gets caught and goes to prison. The inmates end up raping him. Last week, I heard about a robber who robbed someone, but when he went around the corner, another robber robbed him. But also, God has a appointed time for people to reap what they so. In the bible it is called the year of evil or the year of judgement. It comes in it's season.

I would like to think that Burglary and Robbery isn't held in the same esteems as rape and molestation... and i do think that these people will reap what they sow.

Well, we hope that they are caught and punished through the court. I think people reap what they sow, figuratively at least.

Yeah, it is common knowledge that if you commit a horrible crime, they stick you in a locked room and make you watch The Wiggles over and over and over again. And they adjust the audio so the sound comes out just a split second to early.

It most certainly does. The Word of God says that God is not mocked that we will all reap what we sow. May God Bless U.

yes, people certainly do......some people pay for their crimes quite soon after the crime or whatever bad thing.....as for people who die scot free, after committing some heinous things, buddhism explains that in reincarnation.....i consider myself as practicing buddhism,i don't know whether to believe in the reincarnation stuff though...so i'm just taking my time over pondering it...but it does make sense to a certain extent

Prisons are over-flowing. Obviously that's one bad thing that happens to those that get caught. If you cast your bread upon the water, it will come back to you. Even if its bad and moldy.

sometimes yes, sometimes they just get richer from their crimes. Behind every great family there's an equally great crime.
