You laugh when you say get a restraining order, but I sincerely hope this is not the case. There are some very serious sick people out here who would stop at nothing to make your life miserable. I am sorry that you are having a hard time getting this young lady to leave you alone, but there are several things you can do. For one, you can attempt to talk with her and explain your position - one on one. If you think you might need some backup, then take a friend (silent, just as a witness). Don't get angry, but firmly tell her that you enjoyed your time together, but you are not ready to settle down with one lady and want to leave your options open to date others and want to encourage her to do the same. Watch her reactions to what you are saying - make sure your 'witness' does too. If you see signs of distress (tears, anger. etc.) then try to make an exit quickly. Wait to see if you continue to get calls from her. If she does call again - the first time after your talk - let her know that she has stepped over her boundaries and she is now harrassing you and that you will pursue legal remedies against her if she continues to call. Write down the day and time she calls (and any other times she calls....keep a continuous log). If you are under 17, I suggest that you let your parents know. THEY can ask the courts for protection on your behalf. If you are over the age and considered an adult - then you can file on your own behalf. Before your filing, you can also have a friendly police officer make a visit to her home and just put a 'bug in her ear'. Sometimes, just the thought that an officer of the law is involved will make some people back off. Keep your eyes open. I wish you well.

I would tell her flat out that it was great and all that you shared with her but all you wanna be is friends and if she respected you she would give you your space. But don't be afraid to say that she is making you feel uneasy and if it comes to it you will change your number and move if necessary if she doesn't stop. I wouldn't laugh about the restraining order cause it just might come down to it. good luck my friend.

I have a psycho obsessive ex who won't stop blowing up my phone but this is what I did. The subtle approach: I need space and time to clear things. We're always together and you're constantly asking about our growth and development. Need a break.

When that fails you fool around with someone else. Get on match.com and allow yourself to get caught. Flirt with another girl. When she asks "what is wrong with you" you proceed to tell her how you're defying her authority as a 'girlfriend' and how you needed to go to some extreme measure to open her eyes.

1 st of all...
do not flatter urself.. cause ur not hot! u met a woman who liked u more than u like her...
u should have been up front with her from the beginning with what u were looking for.
u probably led her on... got what u wanted and ur ready for ur next prey!
it's men like u who make women not trust men.. and then when they finally do meet a good man , they are hurt and that relation ship will not go well cause idiots like u have hurt them.
u should tell this girl honestly and firmly( but respectfuly)
that u were not ready for what it is she wants.
and leave it at that.
be nice,
" what goes around comes around"

If you stop talking to her all together, then she will have no choice then to move on. I always found it easier to move on from someone when we had no contact at all, then when we would still talk.
If she starts fallowing you, then get the restraining order.

Since you've tried talking to her about it I would get a restraining order.

Unfortunately, you have to not answer her calls, emails, etc. If she is obsessed with you, then you must have given her reason to believe more than what was, in my opinion of course. If she won't leave you alone, then I don't know....do you really 'want' her to leave you alone?
